To apply to COSI or CIMET programme and Erasmus+ JMD scholarships OR Consortium scholarships, you must:
3/ prepare your application files (in English and in pdf format). You will need to upload following documents. Please make sure you have all documents available in requested format before starting the application process.
>> A CV, preferably in Europass format. Indicate your LinkedIn public page if you have one (not compulsory), (.pdf);
>> A cover letter, ( .pdf)
Be up to the point, no more than 1000 words. You should mainly demonstrate consistency between your academic and professional background, COSI programme and your professional project. In addition,
- State your preferred choice of concentration for semester 3 (you can change this choice during the programme if you’re selected);
- Clearly indicate if you are relying on Erasmus+ Joint Master Degree scholarship or other scholarship to finance your study;
- Clearly declare that you’ve never benefited from an Erasmus Mundus Master Course grant;
- Indicate your references.
>> a proof of nationality: scan of applicant passport, or if you don’t have a passport yet your national ID;
- >> proof of your place of residence:
Residence certificate in accordance with your municipality normal registration rules;
AND a certificate from your place of work, study or training issued by the employer or institution in question.
Both documents must have been issued within 12 months before the submission deadline (i.e. 27th 2015). The place of residence should be verified on the basis of the provision of the documents listed in the PRADO website.
>> Scan of birth certificate (.pdf);
>> Scan of original diploma from university education in the original language, list of subjects taken and grades received from the university education in the original language, the Diploma Supplement if applicable, AND certified English translation of the diploma and transcripts of study results (if you haven’t completed your first degree yet, please send available transcripts) (.pdf);
>> At least 2 academic AND/OR professional recommendation letters (including contact details of referees). Recommendation letters can be directly uploaded at the time of online registration, or, if referees wish to send it condidentially, to Prof. Alain Trémeau, COSI academic coordinator, alain.tremeau [at] univ-st-etienne.fr
>> Any standardized English language test scores with CEFR correspondence self-assessment, AND/OR certificate that English was the tuition language of your first degree OR mention in your cover letter that English is the one of/the official language of your country of residence;
>> Research papers / projects portfolio if any.
4/ make sure you have on hands details on degrees obtained (title, ECTS, date of graduation, university, university website, grade/mention, rank);
5/ prepare short statements on your professional and research work experiences (we recommend to save your work on a separate text document before applying online);
This take only 10 minutes, providing that you have the requested documentation ready.
>> You need first register with a valid email address. Indicate an email address you check regularly, we’ll use it to follow-up on your application later on.
>> Upon registration, you should have received a confirmation email. Check your spam folder if you do not see it. Do not answer to this email.
>> You can now login. Click on programme name you wish to apply to.
>> You’ll have first to complete a quick profile. Be careful of the nationality you choose in case of dual citizenship, this will affect you status as a student’s coming from either Programme or Partner country in Erasmus+ EMJMD scholarship selection;
>> Fill in the fields and upload your documents;
>> You should receive an acknowledgement of receipt once your on-line application is successfully submitted. Check your spam folder if you do not see it. Do not answer to this email.

Application received after this deadline will not be taken into consideration.
Applications by email will not be taken into consideration at any time.
Information relating to individuals (personal data) is collected and used in accordance with the Regulation (EC) N° 45/2001 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18.12.2000 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data by the Community institutions and bodies and on the free movement of such data (OJ L8 of 12.1.2001, p. 1).
Personal data will be sent to the Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency and may be used by other bodies involved in the management of EMJMD acting as stakeholders of the programme (i.e. European Commission, Erasmus+ National Offices, EU Delegations, Erasmus Mundus Student and EM) for facilitating the student access to the joint programme.
